2025 Stay Close Giveaway

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 24 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

By participating, the Contestant ("You") agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

Entries will be accepted online starting on December 1, 2025 at 8am MST and ending on December 24, 2025 at 11:59pm. All online entries must be received by December 24 at 11:59pm

The Giveaway must be entered via Lamar Valley Cabins Instagram Page (@lamarvalleycabin). The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified in giveaway post, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

The Winner of the Giveaway (the "Winner") will receive: A 3-night stay at the Sponsor's vacation rental property in Silvergate, Montana., ARV $1500. Cost of nightly stay, taxes and cleaning fee are included in prize.The prize is non-transferable. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize must be redeemed by April 30, 2027.

The winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including transportation to and from the rental location, meals, gratuities, travel documents, and incidentals. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on December 25, 2025. The Winner will be notified by direct message within five (5) days following the selection of the Winner. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within (10) days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text), You understand and agree that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other electronic or internet connection means; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.

THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF [Your State], WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Teton County, Wyoming having jurisdiction.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Lamar Valley Cabin website.
